2026 Awards of Excellence Judges' Information

Nominations for the Awards of Excellence are posted below. 

Please award each entry from 0- to 5-points (5 being highest) on each rating: 

1. How the candidate best meets the criteria for their category. 

2. To what extent the submission provided specific examples.

3. To what extent the submission followed directions in keeping the entry under 1,000 words.

Please use the Awards of Excellence Rating Card to tabulate your scores for each submission. 

After completing a rating card for each nominee, please compile your totals on the Awards of Excellence Total Score Submissions Sheet and send to communications@ccua.org by Friday, July 17, 2026.

Volunteer of the Year

Volunteer of the Year

Rating Criteria: given freely of their time, energy, wisdom, and knowledge to help guide and nurture a credit union to success, year in and year out. 

Eligibility: Credit union directors, committee members at Association member credit unions may be nominated.

Rating Criteria: dedication to cooperative values, willing to go above and beyond to provide service quality to members, positive attitude, leader among their peers, service to the community 

Eligibility: Paid professionals (excluding the CEO) of affiliated credit unions may be nominated.

Eligibility: Paid professionals (excluding the CEO) aged 40 and under of affiliated credit unions may be nominated.
