The Cooperative Credit Union Association is governed by a board of 11 directors comprised of two directors from and representing the State of Delaware; two directors from and representing the State of Massachusetts; two directors from and representing the State of New Hampshire; two directors from and representing the State of Rhode Island; and three directors designated each as at-large without geographical limitation, of which one director is designated to fill a “small asset size” category; one director designated to fill a “large asset size” category; and one director designated to fill a general category without regard to asset size.
