Position Overview:

• Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Lending and Business Banking to lead commercial lending, business banking, and cash management. This executive will oversee strategy, growth, risk management, team development, execution, collaboration, and regulatory compliance. The role is responsible for optimizing earnings while managing risk in accordance with asset-liability management strategy, loan policies, and sound collection practices. The Vice President will also foster a consistent, mission-aligned member experience that supports strategic growth, deepens relationships, and strengthens acquisition and retention. This hybrid position is based in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Compensation:

• The anticipated salary range is $210,000–$255,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in a competitive incentive plan.

Vice President - Commercial Lending, Align Credit Union, Lowell, MA

The Vice President of Commercial Lending leads the Credit Union’s commercial lending function, overseeing business development, commercial member relationships, loan growth, deal structuring, and overall department performance.

Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, the VP partners with the Commercial Credit Portfolio Manager, Commercial Lending Generalist, Risk Management, and Octant to drive responsible growth while maintaining strong credit quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Vice President - Controller, Align Credit Union, Lowell, MA

The VP Controller is a key financial leader responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timely completion of the Credit Union’s accounting and financial reporting functions.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP Controller leads the Accounting Department and partners with Risk Management, Lending, Operations, Information Technology, and other areas to maintain strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and sound financial decision-making.

Working closely with the SVP of Finance, who oversees cash management and investments, the VP Controller supports the Credit Union’s overall financial strategy.
