Reporting to the Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager, or assignee, the Senior Universal Banker (III) is the acting supervisor in the absence of the Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager or the Assistant Branch Manager. The incumbent quickly identifies problems, diffuses conflict, and provides solutions for both members and staff. The Senior Universal Banker (III) is well-versed in MCU’s products and services and provides leadership to the branch team in generating business partner referrals and consultative sales. The Senior Universal Banker (III) is also responsible for helping management develop, implement, and monitor new procedure, policy and compliance-related processes, coaching and training of staff, and all tasks related to servicing the Credit Union’s members.

AVP- Branch Manager, Millbury Federal Credit Union, Millbury, MA

Reports to the Vice President Retail Director or assignee. The AVP / Branch Manager has broad responsibility in generating loans and gathering deposits, managing personnel, and following regulatory compliance, all while supporting the mission statement and branch business plan.

Electronic Banking Specialist, Millbury Federal Credit Union, Millbury, MA

This in office position Reports to the Deposit Operations Manager & Officer or assignee. The Electronic Banking Specialist performs a variety of financial and non-financial maintenance tasks, as well as a variety of tasks related to the daily operations of the Electronic Banking Department, including, but not limited to online banking, wires, ACH, ATM / Debit Card, and merchant services. Additionally, the incumbent cross trains to be proficient in all Electronic Banking daily operations, rotates and works all operational areas of the department, and provides support for members and bank staff regarding electronic products and services

The Deposit Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the department manager in overseeing the daily operations of the department; focusing on member service standards, meeting organizational goals, and maintaining positive and professional relationships with members, peers, staff, and vendors. Assisting the department manager to monitor new plans and procedures to enhance operating efficiency. Assist in short-term and long-term service delivery and business objectives for the department. The department functions consist of EFT processing which includes ACH, Share Draft, Wires, Mobile Banking, ATM, and Debit Card programs including claims, disputes, and settlement of transactions, IRAs, dormant accounts, and other MSO-related account issues.
