Strike for Gold: Rhode Island Credit Unions Bowl for a Cause
The Credit Unions of Rhode Island’s Social Responsibility Committee invites you to bowl for a cause at the 16th Annual Strike for Gold Bowling Tournament (Ten-Pin) on Wednesday, March 26, benefiting Special Olympics Rhode Island. This year, we are proud to introduce a unified tournament experience, where each three-player credit union team will be joined by a Special Olympics athlete—forming a complete team of four! This exciting partnership highlights inclusivity, teamwork, and the spirit of the game.
The entry fee is $100 per team, which includes bowling, shoe rental, and refreshments. Credit unions are encouraged to enter multiple teams to amp up the competition and fun! The winning team will take home the coveted Strike for Gold Bowling Tournament Trophy, displayed at their credit union for the year.
Special prizes will be awarded to: the team that raises the most in pledges and the individual bowler with the highest pledge total. Plus, don’t miss out on our raffle drawings—including two sets of Red Sox tickets!
Your participation directly supports athletes with intellectual disabilities, providing them with sports training, competition opportunities, and leadership programs at no cost to them or their families.
