Introducing Sales & Service 2026

A new program from Cooperative Education designed to strengthen member conversations, build trust, and deliver solutions at every touchpoint.

Designed with flexibility, sessions are offered on select Tuesdays starting June 9, allowing participants to choose dates that work best and complete the program within the year, balancing training with frontline demands.

What Participants Will Gain & Program Options

This practical, credit union–focused training moves beyond scripts and quotas, helping teams build confidence, empathy, and authentic connection in every interaction.

Participants will complete the program with tools to:

  • Strengthen conversations through active listening and better questions
  • Identify needs and present meaningful solutions
  • Handle objections and de-escalate difficult situations with confidence
  • Develop emotional intelligence to better understand and support members

The result is a more confident team equipped to deliver exceptional member experiences that drive loyalty and long-term growth.

Program Options

  • Sales & Service Reps and Contact Center Staff: $750
    Two-day program (non-consecutive sessions permitted)
  • Teller Program: $349
    One-day training experience
