Turn order takers into opportunity makers with Sales & Service 2026, a new member focused training program for frontline teams.
This practical, CU focused program goes beyond scripts and quotas to build confidence, empathy, and stronger member conversations. Participants learn to identify needs, deliver meaningful solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate situations with confidence.
Designed with flexibility in mind, sessions are offered on select Tuesdays beginning June 9, allowing participants to choose dates that fit their schedules and complete the program within the year.
Program Options:
- Sales & Service Reps and Contact Center Staff: $750
Two-day program (non-consecutive sessions permitted)
- Teller Program: $349
