Workers Credit Union has appointed Mackenson Massé as Assistant Vice President and Area Manager of the credit union’s locations in Lowell, Westford, Hudson, Shrewsbury, and Worcester. Workers Credit Union has also appointed Fernando Rico as Director of Retail Branches, where he oversees 16 branches and helps members maximize their relationship with the credit union to achieve their financial goals and dreams.
Workers Credit Union has appointed Mackenson Massé as Assistant Vice President and Area Manager of the credit union’s locations in Lowell, Westford, Hudson, Shrewsbury, and Worcester. With over 15 years of leadership and financial expertise, Massé brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Throughout his career, Massé has successfully managed branches, fostered strong relationships with members, and played a pivotal role in helping them achieve their financial goals.
Before joining Workers Credit Union, Massé held the positions as a Banking Center Director and Assistant Vice President at Webster Bank in Boston. He also served as a Branch Manager at Santander Bank in Belmont. He is based in Framingham.
Workers Credit Union has also appointed Fernando Rico as Director of Retail Branches, where he oversees 16 branches and helps members maximize their relationship with the credit union to achieve their financial goals and dreams. Rico brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role.
Rico began his banking career at JPMorgan Chase (when it was known as Chase Manhattan Bank) where he spent nearly 18 years -- eventually becoming a vice president and district manager. He later held leadership roles at Santander Bank, and most recently served at the Cambridge Trust Company in Bedford, NH as a vice president.
Rico earned an MBA from Mercy University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, and finance from Pace University. He is based in Hudson, NH.
