Triangle Credit Union and St. Mary’s Bank Represent New Hampshire Credit Unions at New England Council Annual Celebration

On Monday, September 23, the New England Council hosted its annual celebration honoring New Englanders of the Year, including U.S. Representative Ann McLane Kuster. Leaders from Nashua, New Hampshire's Triangle Credit Union, and Manchester, New Hampshire's St. Mary's Bank, partnered in attending to show their support for Congresswoman Kuster and other 2024 award recipients.

The New Englander of the Year Award recognizes New England leaders who have positively impacted the region by improving residents' quality of life. "We're focused on our members' financial wellness and prosperity, so we celebrate Representative Kuster, who has dedicated her life to advocating for New Hampshire natives and their economic wellness," stated Scott MacKnight, CEO of Triangle Credit Union.


St. Mary's Bank CEO Ken Senus shared, "The Congresswoman's policies promoting mental health and combatting addiction match the principle of credit unions, which is people helping people. We're proud of her accomplishments in assisting our state's residents' wellbeing."


Triangle Credit Union and St. Mary's Bank employees were among more than 1,700 attendees at this year's celebration, which also honored The Burton Family (Ron Burton Training Village), Retired Brigadier General Jack Hammond (Home Base), Robert Rivers (Eastern Bank Shares, Inc.), and Melissa Smith (WEX).
