“Strike for Gold” Annual Bowling Tournament

The Credit Unions of Rhode Island will be selecting their teams, shining up their bowling balls, and getting ready to face off in person for the 15th Annual Strike for Gold Bowling Tournament scheduled Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the East Providence Lanes in East Providence, RI. The best ways of raising funds for good causes all involve having fun, and that's certainly true of this annual event which benefits Special Olympics Rhode Island. Registration starts at 3:30 p.m., bowling begins at 4:00 p.m. and will conclude at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The entrance fee for a team of four is $100. Each team member is encouraged to raise a minimum of $25 in pledges. The two top teams and the individual that raise the most in pledges will receive a special gift. There will be raffle drawings during the event including two sets of two Red Sox tickets and many other donated items. Many credit union teams will have the opportunity to win the Strike for Gold Bowling Tournament Trophy. Each year this tournament sparks some healthy competition among the teams so be sure not to miss this fun night of camaraderie!
