Dover, NH – Credit union leaders and fintech innovators gathered in Dover, New Hampshire on June 9–10 for the second annual Fintech Connect Conference, hosted by the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA) and held at the brand-new headquarters of Lighthouse Credit Union.
The event was made possible through the generous support of Title Sponsor, TruStage, and featured an expanded lineup of interactive programming. Attendees participated in Quick Connect guided networking sessions and explored the latest technologies in dedicated demonstration rooms presented by Reseda Group, Illuma Labs, Marstone, and Nudge Money.
This year’s conference also featured the 4th annual Cyber Showcase, where five standout fintechs competed for the coveted Cyber Cup. Each company delivered a fast-paced pitch highlighting innovative solutions designed to strengthen security and enhance member services. LetMeDoIt was crowned this year’s Cyber Cup winner following a live audience vote.
“Fintech Connect continues to be a catalyst for building strong partnerships between credit unions and fintech providers,” noted Melissa Pomeroy, CCUA’s EVP and Chief Operating Officer. “The energy, the dialogue, and the practical takeaways this year were exceptional.”
The conference opened with a compelling keynote by John Janclaes, Founder & CEO of The CEO Room, and featured two in-depth case studies: Metro Credit Union’s collaboration with Posh, and St. Mary’s Bank’s work with Penny Finance—both highlighting successful fintech integration in credit union environments.
A standout Fintech Perspective Panel, facilitated by Brian Bodell of TruStage, brought together leaders from Posh, Ascent, and Arkatechture to share real-world insights on navigating fintech partnerships. The program concluded with an inspiring keynote from Devon Lyon, President & CEO of Central One Federal Credit Union, who challenged attendees to lead with agility in an era of rapid change.
