CCUA Holds Annual Business Meeting Electing Board Members and Officers

Marlborough, MA – Nearly 100 leaders representing member credit unions from Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island convened for the Cooperative Credit Union Association’s (CCUA) Annual Business Meeting. 

Chaired by Fred Reinhardt, the meeting underscored the Association’s continued strength and growth, featuring reports from CCUA Board Officers and President and CEO Ron McLean, who provided a comprehensive update on the state of the Association.

The following board members were elected to serve on the CCUA Board of Directors:

  • Delaware Board Seat: Blanche Jackson, Stepping Stones Community Federal Credit Union
  • Rhode Island Board Seat: Fred Reinhardt, Greenwood Credit Union
  • At-Large Small Asset Size Board Seat: Thomas Hankard, Beverly Municipal Federal Credit Union

To fill the Rhode Island Board Seat vacated by the retirement of Stephen White of Westerly Community Credit Union, the Board appointed Kathleen Orovitz of Navigant Credit Union.

The 2025-2026 slate of CCUA board officers was also elected:

  • Chair: Maurice Dawkins, American Spirit Federal Credit Union
  • Vice Chair: David Araujo, Service Credit Union
  • 2nd Vice Chair: Anabela Grenier, Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union
  • Treasurer: Eileen Migliozzi, St. Anne’s Credit Union
  • Secretary: Kathleen Orovitz, Navigant Credit Union

“Our deepest appreciation goes to Fred Reinhardt of Greenwood Credit Union for his exemplary leadership and service as Chair of the CCUA Board,” said Ron McLean, CCUA President and CEO. “We also extend congratulations to Maurice Dawkins of American Spirit Federal Credit Union on his election as Chair, and sincere thanks to Ron Draper and Stephen White for their years of dedicated service and contributions. With Maurice’s leadership, the addition of Kathleen Orovitz and Tom Hankard to the Board, and the continued collaboration of our directors, we remain well positioned to advance the collective strength and success of credit unions across our four states.”
