The day kicked off with a welcome from Brian Hughes, President/CEO HRCU and Social Responsibility Chair. The crowd also welcomed Dustin Lockard, who received his wish 20 years ago due to the support of the New Hampshire Credit Unions.

Throughout the day, golfers were greeted at the Make-A-Wish lemonade stand by the smiling face of Wish Child Violet, her father and volunteers were ready to serve up a refreshing cup of lemonade.

At the reception, Hughes recognized the efforts of the New Hampshire Credit Unions and their business partners. On behalf of the New Hampshire Credit Unions, Hughes presented an impressive donation of $200,000 to Make-A-Wish New Hampshire. The amount was the top achievement for this year’s efforts of New Hampshire’s Credit Unions, bringing a twenty eight year total to more than $3.8 million raised for wishes.

Steve Roy, CEO, TriCorp FCU and Nancy Nadeau, VP Administration, Bellwether Community CU were recognized by Hughes for their years of service and support of the Make-A-Wish New Hampshire.

Congratulations to the winning team of Tyler Kuhn, Tyler Pihl, Jeff Benson, and Michael Porter from Service Federal Credit Union.

New Hampshire Credit Unions are changing lives every day for many children and their families across the state. Thank you to everyone who made so many wishes come true!
