Lisa Jones

Tewksbury Federal Credit Union proudly announces that Lisa Jones, Chief Operating Officer, has been recognized as an “Unsung Hero” in A Labor of Love, an exhibit celebrating the people whose dedication and service help define the credit union movement at America’s Credit Union Museum.

With more than 28 years of service to Tewksbury Federal Credit Union, Jones has dedicated her career to helping members, supporting her colleagues, strengthening the credit union and giving back to the community.

Lisa consistently goes above and beyond to help members find solutions to their financial challenges and improve their financial well-being. Her commitment to the people the credit union serves has never wavered.

Her dedication also extends into the community. Jones volunteers at every credit union-sponsored event and can always be counted on to lend a hand wherever she is needed.

Per CEO Maureen Montecalvo, “Lisa does everything from answering phone calls to helping with strategic planning. No job is too small or too large for her. She not only helps our members but supports our staff as well. She always makes herself available to answer questions and turns each encounter into a training moment. Our credit union and our community would not be the same without her.”

The A Labor of Love exhibit at America’s Credit Union Museum recognizes individuals whose commitment, passion and service exemplify the spirit of the credit union movement. Jones’s nomination as an Unsung Hero is a fitting tribute to a career defined not by seeking recognition, but by consistently showing up for others.
