Leading Change for HR Professionals - HR Network Meets

The HR Network met in person at the CCUA offices on May 22nd for a day of roundtable discussions and professional development.

During the morning session the roundtable was hosted by Allison Ebner, President and Pam Thornton, Director of Strategic HR Services both from the Employers Association of the Northeast (EANE). The session centered around a variety of issues the HR group encounters every day. The afternoon session, led by Val Harlow, EANE’s Learning & Development Facilitator, was all about Leading Change for HR Professionals. By working in groups and under Val’s leadership, attendees gained insight into strategies to overcome change and learn the pivotal role that HR plays in change leadership. 

Both sessions were filled with many exchanges of ideas on how the attendees deal with different issues at their credit unions. Attendees walked away with new ideas to use at their credit unions while strengthening their peer relationships.
