Garceau, Soggu and Luczko Appointed as Bellwether Community Credit Union Board of Directors

Bellwether Community Credit Union Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointments of Gail Garceau as Chairperson, Nick Soggu as Vice Chair, and Kate Luczko as Secretary/Treasurer. 

With a deep commitment to social responsibility and an extensive background in non-profit leadership, Garceau has been a vital volunteer member of the Bellwether community since 2014. She is also the Chairperson of the credit union’s Personnel Committee and serves on the Governance Committee.

In addition to her work with Bellwether, Garceau has been the President of the NH Children’s Health Foundation since 2015. Her previous leadership roles include serving as the President/CEO of the New Hampshire Healthy Kids Corporation and as the General Manager of Well Sense Health Plan. Garceau has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Community Leadership Award from the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester and the Susan B. Anthony Award from the YWCA, among others. 

Soggu, CEO/President of SilverTech, Inc. and Pannos Marketing, served on Bellwether’s Advisory Committee since 2019 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2021. 

In his role as Vice-Chair, Soggu brings more than 25 years of experience advocating for New Hampshire’s business community and leading key regional initiatives in education and workforce development. He also holds leadership positions on the boards of Franklin Pierce University, Leadership New Hampshire, and Amoskeag Industries as well as a past board member of several non-profits.

Luczko, Senior Director at HealthForce NH and a well-respected leader in healthcare workforce development, has served on Bellwether’s Board since 2021 and has held the role of Secretary/Treasurer since 2022. 

In addition to her leadership at Bellwether, Luczko hosts a podcast and holds adjunct faculty positions, further demonstrating her commitment to both her professional and community roles. She was recently named a 2025 Outstanding Woman in Business by the NH Business Review.
