GAC 2024 Hill Visits Kick Off with Senator Carper

Hike the Hill visits kicked off yesterday with Delaware Senator Tom Carper. CCUA President/CEO, Ron McLean, and CCUA’s Advocacy team were joined by nearly a half dozen Delaware credit unions. McLean led dialogue on interchange and other key priorities, while our credit unions shared impactful stories of the credit union difference. Senator Carper enthusiastically shared that he understood the impact of interchange policy and celebrated credit union services and programs that uplift and empower underserved communities.
