FRMCU Honors Well Deserved Promotion

Matthew G. Schondek, President and CEO of Fall River Municipal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Samantha Raposo.  Raposo has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources (AVP of HR).  In this new role, Raposo will lead the Organization’s strategic initiatives, focusing on employee development and engagement and driving organizational excellence.  Along with her imperative HR duties, Raposo will oversee the entire Facilities department with two direct reports. 

Raposo has been an integral part of Fall River Municipal Credit Union team for  two and a half years, most recently serving as Human Resources Manager.  During her time in that role, she played a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction, as well and implementing new and improved policy changes at the Credit Union. 

President Matthew Schondek stated that “Ms. Raposo has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to the organization as a whole and we are confident that her expertise will continue to strengthen the Management team as well as continue the Credit Union’s mission, in delivering outstanding service to our members”.
