Financial Health as a Growth Strategy: How Education Builds Loyalty and Long-Term Value
In today’s competitive financial services landscape, credit unions are being challenged to deliver more than products—they are expected to improve their members’ financial lives. This session explores how financial education and wellness initiatives can serve as a robust growth strategy, fostering trust, deepening engagement, and driving sustainable revenue over time. Attendees will learn how leading credit unions are reframing financial education from a compliance or support function into a strategic lever for loyalty. We’ll discuss how improving member financial health leads to stronger relationships, better product adoption, lower risk, and higher lifetime value—while reinforcing the credit union’s mission of people helping people.
