Exploring CUSO Growth Opportunities: Insights from Capstone Strategic

Earlier this week, CCUA hosted Capstone Strategic at the CU Museum for our "Invitation to Explore CUSO Growth Opportunities." The session covered the fundamentals of how credit unions can safely invest in a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO). Today, many credit unions seek CUSOs to enhance member service techniques, improve operational efficiency, and integrate new technologies.

Led by John Dearing, Partner at Capstone, the session provided unique insights into the various directions credit unions can consider when joining or creating a CUSO. Participants engaged in lively discussions, exchanging insights and best practices from diverse perspectives, including tabletop team exercises.
