Deposit Operation Associate

BCU is seeking a deposit operations associate to handle debit card disputes, support branch operations, and assist with daily deposit functions.

Responsibilities

Assist Deposit Operations Manager with the following:

• Debit card disputes
• Mobile deposits
• Branch operations support

Requirements/Skills Needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-to-2-year experience in back-office operations or similar role
• 1-to-2-year experience in Branches
• Must have regulatory understanding
• Excellent member service skills
