CUs on Tap Brings Credit Unions Together in Vermont
Credit union professionals gathered for CUs on Tap at Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, Vermont, for an afternoon of education, networking, great food and craft beer. The event was supported by TruStage as title sponsor, along with additional event sponsors who helped make the gathering possible.
The featured educational session was led by Terry L. Choate Jr., President of Blue-U Defense and Security 2.0, who explored the foundational elements behind why security has failed and what it takes to truly secure our nation’s credit unions. Choate emphasized that effective credit union security extends beyond the workplace, highlighting personal and family security as critical components of an overall security strategy.
Attendees received actionable, immediate steps to help strengthen the security of their credit union, themselves and their families in response to today’s unique and evolving threats.
The afternoon concluded with an opportunity to network and connect with fellow credit union professionals.
