Granite State Credit Union is searching for a Contact Center Specialist who can deliver awesome! Are YOU our newest team member?

What we do! The Contact Center is fast moving, and no two days are the same. As the initial point of contact for our members, we are responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and overall awesome service. Beginning with a morning ‘team huddle’ and collaborating throughout the day, the Contact Center is a positive, team-oriented group! Staying connected and supporting one another whether in person or working remotely is easy through video chats and instant messaging. This is a hybrid position that allows flexibility to work at home but does require some in office processing. Schedule to be coordinated in advance.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls and member inquiries
  • Answer live teller ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) calls, ensuring accurate and personable transactions
  • Respond to member email and secure message inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Assist members with online account opening
  • Guide our members through the loan process from application to closing
  • Identify and recommend beneficial GSCU products and services
  • Assist our members in the use of technology and services such as Online and Mobile Banking
  • Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, compliance, audits, quality control and balancing standards
  • Provide education and meaningful solutions for our members’ financial needs

Requirements/Skills Needed

  • Positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Previous experience working in a financial service role preferred
  • Comfort with technology and electronic services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team-player
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to navigate various systems and online platforms
  • Flexibility to work remotely and in an office location
