Michelle Norman has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer. Since joining SFCU in 2019 as Operations Manager, Michelle has consistently stepped up—progressing through roles including Assistant Vice President of Retail Banking and Vice President of Compliance & Risk. She is truly a go-to leader, overseeing compliance, risk, IT, and more. If something needs to get done, Michelle is on it—from soup to nuts!

Aimee DaRosa has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing & Engagement. With nearly 15 years at SFCU, Aimee’s journey reflects tremendous growth and dedication. From Teller to Loan Associate, Lending Administrative Assistant, Mortgage Originator, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, VP—and now SVP—she has worn many hats along the way. She is the creative force behind SFCU’s marketing and engagement efforts, helping to strengthen the brand, connect with members, and bring the team together through meaningful initiatives and events.
