On Tuesday, CCUA and New Hampshire credit unions met with New Hampshire state leaders to discuss credit union priorities and community programming. Half a dozen credit unions shared the social responsibility efforts in the direct community including raising $60,000 for the second annual Make-a-Wish radiothon.
Attendees spoke with the Commissioner about credit union financial literacy programming in schools, shared discussion on credit union products and services addressing the housing crisis, and continued diligence on educating, identifying, and dissuading fraud. New Hampshire’s credit unions demonstrated the credit union difference, recognized by those in attendance. We look forward to the continued work with New Hampshire legislators to empower credit unions and members.
