CCUA Hosts Annual Fall CEO Roundtable

The Cooperative Credit Union Association and President/CEO Ron McLean, hosted the Annual Fall CEO Roundtable in Waltham, MA, where credit union leaders from across the region gathered for impactful discussions on smarter lending practices and the future of member experiences.

Along with rich peer discussions and an update from President McLean, the roundtable featured insights from industry experts and leaders. Mike de Vere, CEO of Zest AI, presented on AI-driven underwriting, highlighting how technology can drive inclusive lending regardless of economic conditions. Dr. Jessica Gamache from the Filene Research Institute followed with valuable insights on trends shaping credit union competitiveness and strategies for enhancing member engagement.

The roundtable concluded with a CEO dialogue led by event facilitator, Mark Sievewright Founder of Sievewright & Associates, addressing strategies to navigate future challenges while upholding a commitment to member-centered values.
