CCUA Delivers Customized Consumer Lending Training for Dover Federal Credit Union

The Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA) recently partnered with Dover Federal Credit Union to deliver a customized session of Consumer Lending Basics for 11 team members. Led by Aimee Morin, CCUA’s Vice President of Education & Operations, the training provided a comprehensive look at the credit union’s own consumer lending products while enhancing team members’ understanding of lending policies, regulations, and best practices.

Designed to address Dover Federal’s specific needs, the session also explored strategies for navigating complex loan scenarios, offering practical insights and tools that staff can apply directly in their daily roles. By tailoring the content to the credit union, the training encouraged meaningful discussion, problem-solving, and professional growth.
