Alltrust Credit Union Announces a New Employee and a Promotion

Nicole Mello has joined Alltrust Credit Union as a Vice President, Retail Banking. Jaime Bourgeois has been promoted to Vice President, Loan Servicing and Collections.

Mello has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, having held a range of leadership roles including Branch Operations Manager, Bank Manager, and most recently Director Banking Center Manager and Covering Regional Manager at Webster Bank. Mello will lead initiatives to enhance member service, drive product development, and support deposit growth across the Retail Department. Mello is also involved in several community organizations within the area.

Bourgeois has served as Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager at Alltrust Credit Union since May 2018. As one of the founding members of the Credit Union’s loan servicing department, she played a key role in building and expanding the team. In addition to managing the Loan Servicing Department, Bourgeois will manage the Credit Union’s commercial portfolio and the collections process. Bourgeois is proud to support the institution’s continued growth and expand her responsibilities to assist members with their loan servicing needs.
