She held HR leadership roles at LEGO Systems and K2 Sports before joining the Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) in 2014, where she serves on the Leadership Team and leads the HR team.
Pam partners with member organizations to deliver customized HR solutions and is a sought-after speaker on leadership development, compliance, and workforce strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on Strategic HR, is SHRM-CP and PHR certified, and serves on the RI SHRM Executive Board.
