Jason Jolin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, oversees the Credit Union’s Accounting, financial reporting and asset/liability management teams as well as People & Talent Management and Wealth Management business. He has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry.
Jason earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Computer Information Systems, and his MBA from Bryant University. Also, he recently completed the Certified Financial Planner program. He serves on the board of the Pawtucket Salvation Army Corps. Jason joined Navigant Credit Union in 2018.

With years of experience in the credit union industry, she has led key areas including marketing, HR, talent development, community outreach, and strategic partnerships. Her work has also supported mergers, rebrands, CDFI applications, and charter changes.
What she values most is leading people—with integrity, empathy, and fairness. A Grey’s Anatomy fan, she often quotes Dr. Miranda Bailey: “You don’t chase people—you give them something to run to.” Outside the office, she loves dogs, superhero movies, reality TV, and believes life would be better as a musical. She’s proud to lead MMFCU and support its mission every day.

Barbara Mahoney, is the President & CEO of All One Credit Union, headquartered in Leominster. She has provided leadership and vision at the credit union for 20 years, serving as SVP of Human Resources and COO before stepping into her current role. Prior to joining All One, Barbara spent 14 years at Allmerica Financial as Director of Human Resources and held several management roles at Bank of Boston.
A lifelong Leominster resident, Barbara is deeply committed to her community and has been an enthusiastic supporter of many Central MA nonprofits for over 30 years. Her service includes roles such as Chair of the Leominster/Fitchburg Boys & Girls Club, North Central Chamber of Commerce, and MassHire North Central Workforce Board. She also serves on boards for Fitchburg State University and St. Bernard’s High School and is a member of SHRM and NEHRA.

Lydia Vazquez, is the President & CEO of Align Credit Union since January 2024, making history as the first woman and first Hispanic to hold a senior leadership role at the credit union. She joined Align in 2019 as VP of Lending Compliance and later served as EVP & COO. With over 30 years in financial services, Lydia brings deep expertise in lending, compliance, and risk. Her innovative leadership and dedication to the credit union mission of “People Helping People” have shaped her impact at Align.
Beyond her professional role, Lydia is deeply committed to community service. She founded Willie’s Warriors in honor of her father to raise funds for cancer awareness, serves on the board of Worcester Community Housing Resources, and volunteers as a DECA judge. Originally from Puerto Rico, Lydia is also a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness coach, and owns Praise Wellness in Lancaster, MA, where she lives with her fiancé, three daughters, and two stepchildren.

Larry Pruss, Managing Director of SRM Perspectives, leads SRM’s AI and thought leadership initiatives with over 25 years of experience as a strategist, speaker, author, and futurist. His expertise has been sought by institutions such as the Federal Reserve Banks of Chicago and Dallas, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
A member of the U.S. Faster Payments Council and Fellow at the Digital Euro Association, Larry also hosts SRM’s "Perspectives Live and Tech Talk" webinars. Outside of work, he serves as an emergency responder in Pennsylvania.

James Chemplavil, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Salus, the only automated digital underwriting platform that removes unnecessary costs and barriers to real-time microlending.
