Service Credit Union Launches Workplace Partner Program, Expanding Employer Partnerships

Service Credit Union has announced the rebrand of its long-standing Select Employer Group program to the Workplace Partner Program, a move designed to better reflect the program’s focus on employee financial well-being and its value to today’s workplaces.

The Workplace Partner Program is a no-cost benefit for employers that provides employees with access to trusted financial tools, education and guidance from Service Credit Union. The rebrand clarifies the program’s purpose while reinforcing Service Credit Union’s commitment to supporting employers and their workforces through meaningful, easy-to-offer benefits.

“The new Workplace Partner Program name more clearly communicates what the program delivers,” said Jaime Yates, AVP of Community Development. “It’s about partnership, accessibility, and providing real financial support to employees without adding cost or administrative burden for employers.”

Through the Workplace Partner Program, employees gain access to everyday banking options, loans and savings products, digital banking tools, and financial education opportunities, including workshops and personalized guidance. Employers benefit from a simple, no-cost addition to their benefits package that supports financial wellness, engagement and retention.

Participation in the Workplace Partner Program is free for employers, requires minimal setup, and carries no obligation for employees to use the services. The program is available to employers of all sizes and industries, including organizations with geographically dispersed or remote workforces. More information about the Workplace Partner Program is available at servicecu.org/workplacepartner.
