Sales Director

MemberClose is a modernized lending platform serving credit unions and community financial institutions. We’re hiring a Sales Director to own revenue execution, build a predictable sales pipeline, and drive adoption of the MemberClose platform.

A core part of the MemberClose offering includes integrated mortgage fulfillment services delivered through Gooi Mortgage, enabling processing, underwriting, and closing support as part of an end-to-end lending solution.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute sales strategy and pipeline for MemberClose
• Lead complex sales cycles with credit unions and community lenders
• Position and sell integrated Gooi Mortgage fulfillment services
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations to drive growth

Requirements/Skills Needed

What we’re looking for:

• 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, lending tech, or mortgage services
• Proven success selling to credit unions or financial institutions
• Strong understanding of lending and mortgage workflows
