Resolution Representative – Part Time

Carries out collection activities related to delinquent consumer accounts, ensuring the delinquency level of the credit union remains below that set by management. You will be responsible for performing various duties to collect delinquent accounts to minimize potential losses to the credit union.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities on Loan, accounts including telephone calls and written correspondence as necessary to resolve delinquent accounts with members.
• Must be familiar with court filings and be comfortable representing the credit union in court. Attends necessary hearings for bankruptcy and small claims cases and completes actions for foreclosures. Ensure that court judgments are followed up with garnishments, levies, and recorded judgments.
• Consult with members to assist in preventing and resolving delinquency by arranging payment plans.

Requirements/Skills Needed

• One year of collections experience with knowledge of Collection practices
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School diploma or equivalent required
