We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess three years of loan servicing/support experience in a credit union or similar financial institution and be eager to make an impact with a strong, professional work ethic.

The actual base pay offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill, relevant experience, and work location.
Pay Range: $20.50 - $30.75 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Possesses adequate product knowledge, including required file documentation.
• Represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner
• Provides support to all assigned areas of the department where service or assistance is needed, acts as backup for various loan servicing department positions and functions. This includes but is not limited to Escrow Management (Taxes, Insurance, Private Mortgage Insurance)
• Proficient in all areas of secondary market loan servicing, including but not limited to remittance and account reconciliation.
• Perform new account system maintenance, including but not limited to manual boarding of loans when necessary.
• Perform loan file post-closing review of new loan files to ensure proper documentation and execution has been obtained.
• Process daily transactions and member service.
• Assist with loan maintenance changes and weekly index changes.
• Payoff and discharge preparation and administration.
• Title Administration.
• Reviews and audits new loan set-up data to ensure the accuracy of each loan entered on the loan system.
• Promote Polish National Credit Union’s Core Purpose of “Growing Lasting Relationships to Improve People’s Lives” while demonstrating PNCU’s Core Values at all times.
• Responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as credit union policies and procedures.
• Responsible for completion of all required compliance training, as well as completion of ongoing compliance training, which may be assigned throughout the year.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to: The Bank Secrecy Act, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN); Uniform Commercial Code (UCC); Federal Reserve Bank; and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Three to five years of similar or related experience in a loan servicing/support environment.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or can be of a personal or sensitive nature
• Superior attention to detail
• Possess solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter, self-reliant, and dependable, with the ability to work within and meet specific time constraints
• Experience with COCC Insight system preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Results-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
