Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) held its 63rd Annual Meeting at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church Parish Hall in Rochester, NH on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. The annual meeting, which was attended by more than 100 people, included remarks from HRCU Chairman of the Board Dana Flanders, President and CEO Brian Hughes, New Hampshire Banking Department Commissioner Emelia Galdieri, Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA) President and CEO Ronald McLean, Tricorp Federal Credit Union President Billy LaFavor and Hope on Haven Hill Executive Director Kerry Norton.

“As we welcome 2025, it’s important that we take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each of our members for the continued trust and partnership with HRCU. Your loyalty and engagement remain the foundation of our success, and it is an honor for our team to serve you all, as your neighborhood credit union,” said Hughes.
In his President’s Message, Hughes recapped the previous fiscal year and highlighted HRCU’s successes. HRCU’s accomplishments for the year include keeping loan rates below market averages in a year of higher interest rates across the board. 2024 was also a time of growth and expansion for HRCU, as it successfully rebranded and opened a new branch in Greenland, NH.
The guest speaker, Kerry Norton, gave a presentation on her organization, Hope on Haven Hill, a group long supported by HRCU. Norton spoke on the importance of community involvement and building relationships through the years, like HRCU has with Hope on Haven Hill.
“The mission of Hope on Haven Hill is rooted in supporting recovery and nurturing the health and well-being of pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorder and their children by ensuring access to quality treatment and services,” said Norton.
In addition to providing an overview for 2024, volunteers elected to new terms on the Board of Directors were Rosemary Shields and Claire Moses. For the Supervisory Committee, Anthony Ejarque and Stephen Wood were elected to new terms, along with Robert Langelier for another term as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee.
