FRMCU Welcomes Giovanni Pabon as New Loan Servicing Manager

Fall River Municipal Credit Union is pleased to announce the hiring of Giovanni Pabon as the new Loan Services Manager. With over seven years of advanced experience in consumer lending, operations management, and team leadership in the credit union industry, Mr. Pabon brings a proven record of innovation, and member service excellence to his new role.

Most recently, Giovanni served as a Mortgage Support Specialist at United Federal Credit Union where he led initiatives that improved workflow systems, reduced processing times, and enhanced issue resolution through detailed data analysis. Prior to that, he held multiple leadership roles at GOLD Credit Union in Pennsylvania, including Assistant Loan Manager and Loan Officer.

Throughout his career, Giovanni has been recognized for his ability to modernize the lending system, train staff and implement solutions to minimize risk in the lending field. In turn, his knowledge and experience will ensure that FRMCU will continue to deliver its best in class expected services to all of its members.

In his new role, Giovanni will lead the Credit Union’s loan services operations department with a focus on streamlining procedures, optimizing member service delivery, in a high collaborative team environment.
