John Janclaes is recognized leader in the credit union and fintech spaces, bringing nearly 40 years of executive experience from the nation's largest credit unions and CUSOs. As the former President & CEO of Partners Federal Credit Union, he propelled the institution to top-tier performance, achieving fivefold asset growth over his tenure.
Most recently honored with the CU Times Luminaries Award for Leadership in Technology as President of Nymbus CUSO, John also served on the boards of influential industry organizations like CO-OP Financial (now Velera), PSCU, CUNA, and NACUSO. A strategic advisor to innovative fintechs and a passionate advocate for continuous learning, holding a master's from the Drucker School and attending executive programs at leading universities, John also shares his insights as an adjunct faculty member at Western CUNA Management School, author of three business books, and the host of C-Suite Interviews.

Devon Lyon is the President and CEO of Central One Federal Credit Union. You can say the credit union movement has been passed down to Devon from his mother who was a comptroller at a credit union in upstate New York. Since then, he has worked at several credit unions in many roles from compliance to risk management to operations and human resources.
Prior to joining Central One FCU as CEO, Devon held several leadership roles at Direct Federal Credit Union as SVP/Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operations Officer. These diverse roles have given Devon a multifaceted understanding of the many things an institution needs to thrive including an investment in developing great people and efficient processes to best serve its members. When Devon is not looking for ways to improve the work or providing industry insights, he spends his time traveling with his wife, or can be found at the dog park.
