Executive Assistant

Boston Firefighters Credit Union, Milton, MA

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing general and administrative support to the President/CEO, as well as managing logistics for the Board of Directors. This position will also perform a variety off administrative office and facilities tasks.

Responsibilities

  1. Work directly with the CEO on a daily basis to support all aspects of his daily schedule.
  2. Prepare reports and correspondence as requested.
  3. Perform scheduling and telephone support for the CEO.
  4. Represent the office off the CEO with various organizations, business.

Requirements/Skills Needed

  1. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  3. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  4. At least three years’ experience in a corporate office, prior experience in supporting a senior executive or teams strongly.
