Meet Aimee Morin, CCUA Director of Business Operations & Association Services. With her wealth of experience in the credit union industry and adult education, Aimee spearheads CCUA's professional development and training programs.
Aimee Morin embarked on her credit union career over twenty years ago starting on the front-line and progressing through various roles. After earning her Bachelor's degree in English and Teacher Certification Aimee obtained her Masters d
egree in Adult Education and Training. Using her background, Aimee began leading the St. Mary's Bank Training Department overseeing a team of trainers facilitating onboarding and continuing education.
During her tenure at St. Mary’s Bank, Aimee initiated and chaired the credit union’s Young Professionals Group, leaving a lasting impact on the organization's culture. Her dedication to professional development led her to attain a Project Management Certification before joining Meridian Link as an Implementations Project Manager. In 2022, Aimee brought her wealth of experience to CCUA as a Business Services Project Manager, swiftly rising to the position of Director of Business Operations and Association Services.
In her current role, Aimee spearheads initiatives aimed at enhancing internal operations efficiency while also overseeing educational and professional development programs. Additionally, she serves as CCUA's Young Professional Network Liaison, nurturing the growth and engagement of emerging talent within the industry.
A lifelong New Hampshire native, Aimee resides in Manchester with her husband, three children, and two beloved dogs.
