Responsibilities

In addition to processing member transactions, you will address member inquiries, assist members in identifying products to satisfy their needs, open new accounts, assist with consumer loans and provide clerical support for the branch.

Requirements/Skills Needed

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking or credit union experience is strongly preferred or at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft office and teller processing (Fiserv DNA, a plus). Knowledgeable of standard credit union products and services helpful.
