Responsibilities

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for providing a superior level of member service to membership and assisting the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the branch, the service of members at the teller line, and the supervision of all personnel assigned to the branch. During the absence of the manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for all duties normally performed by the Branch Manager.

Requirements/Skills Needed

Must possess 2 to 5 years credit union or banking branch experience, a solid understanding of banking products, services, compliance rules and regulations. We are also looking for a candidate with the ability to communicate effectively, successfully motivate and train staff, with strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to be a team player who can lead by example.
