State Charities Overview
CCUA actively supports and encourages credit unions in their community engagement initiatives. In support of those efforts, CCUA maintains a Social Responsibility Committee in each state.
The purpose of each committee is to develop a unified plan of social responsibility for the credit unions throughout state. The plan features programs and events that focus statewide efforts on a particular charity in each state, helping to foster the positive image of credit unions as well as the public's overall awareness of them.
