Learning Objectives:
- Identify the key characteristics and consequences of superwoman syndrome i.e., relentless resiliency
- Recognize personal triggers and behaviors that contribute to superwoman tendencies (perfectionism and people-pleasing)
- Identify and challenge internalized biases and messaging that fuels superwoman syndrome
Develop strategies to set healthy boundaries and prioritize your whole-humanness.

All cancellations must be received by email to Dawn Roberts (droberts@ccua.org), on or before Friday, September 30, 2024. If received before September 30, 2024, registrant is entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds or cancellations will be credited after September 30, 2024.
