SBA Issues Guidance on Filing PPP Report

May 26, 2020

The Small Business Administration has issued a Procedural Notice on "Paycheck Protection Program Lender Processing Fee Payment and 1502 Reporting Process." Lenders must submit a Form 1502 report by the later of May 29 or 10 calendar days after final loan disbursement or cancellation.

NCUA Board Approves Interim Final Rule on COVID-19 Prompt Corrective Action Changes

The National Credit Union Administration Board (“Board”) today held a Board Meeting that was open to the public via live audio webcast. The Board received a briefing on the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, issued a proposed rule on share insurance for jointly held accounts, and approved an interim final rule on COVID-19-related changes to its Prompt Corrective Action capital requirements. The Board, however, failed to approve a proposed interim final rule on credit union overdraft policies, with Board Members Todd Harper and Mark McWatters opposing it.
