Members Plus Annual Backpack Drive
September 17, 2023Members Plus Annual Backpack Drive is well underway! This year, our team, with special thanks to our four summer interns from Everett High School, packed over 500 backpacks. These backpacks are filled with school supplies, along with water bottles, tissues, and hand sanitizer – everything young students need to be ready for their school year! The backpacks are distributed to students in the communities that MPCU serves.

Service Credit Union Joins the FedNow® Service with the Vertifi Software Solution
September 11, 2023Service Credit Union recently announced it is live on the Federal Reserve’s FedNow® Service, deploying a software integration solution developed by Vertifi Software, LLC, of Burlington, MA. Service Credit Union is one of the first financial institutions to adopt the FedNow Service following its July 20, 2023, launch. While the credit union will initially only receive instant payments from other participating institutions, it intends to add sending capabilities soon thereafter.
