McLean Hosts Senate and House Chairs of the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Financial Services

During the roundtable discussion, the Chairs reviewed the climate at the State House and noted that Committee public hearings are expected to remain virtual at least through year-end. They expressed their appreciation for the credit union education by members and the Association last session, which they viewed as instrumental to assist them in passing the credit union modernization law, and a sound strategy for the current session.

McLean Provides Testimony During Illinois CRA Public Meeting

New Hampshire Commissioner of Banks Releases Letters on New Legislation

New Hampshire Commissioner of Banks Jerry Little recently released two industry letters to provide guidance on recently enacted legislation as it impacts state chartered institutions. The Association worked closely with members to build a consensus on the legislation introduced by the Banking Department (“Department”) and testified in support during the public hearing process. The passage of the new law takes effect on October 9, 2021. 


Berkshire County Chapter Holds Annual Meeting
