The LGEC is a business pitch competition aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship in students at a young age and promoting business ownership in the Ocean State. Through this program, high school students compete for scholarships to in-state post-secondary institutions.
Watch the top five teams of high school entrepreneurs from across Rhode Island pitch their business ideas to win a share of $9,000 in scholarships.
