NEACH Center for Payments Survey

NEACH helped form the Center for Payments, a joint program sponsored by ten payments associations for the purpose of helping members better prepare for the continued evolution in U.S. payment systems. We are supporting the second nationwide market study of financial institutions, with the “Digitizing Payments: The Online Account Opening Experience” survey. This study will help the industry learn more about the online account opening experience.  While the COVID pandemic has emphasized the importance of digitizing the financial services experience, it has simultaneously accelerated the pace of related fraud.

Your feedback is important
The results of this survey will facilitate secure payment systems modernization by providing financial institutions actionable data for decision-making and managing operations and risk, especially small and mid-sized financial institutions that may not have access to this type of market intelligence.

We are here to serve you
This short, online survey examines current industry practices and procedures to detect, evaluate, and mitigate fraud threats, including synthetic identity fraud, throughout the online account opening experience. As a founding member of the Center for Payments, NEACH is making this survey and its results available to our member financial institutions. The results are also anticipated to help financial institutions prepare for future wide-scale threats to the U.S. financial system.

Provide essential information and be entered to win!
We know your time is valuable, but the few minutes you take to complete the questionnaire will provide essential feedback and enter you into a drawing for a $100 eGift Card. Please review the survey and provide one response per financial institution or organization.

Complete the survey here and submit your feedback by November 20, 2020.

The questionnaire will be electronically submitted to our third-party research partner, Industry Insights.

As an added incentive for participating in the survey, each participating organization will receive a personalized Company Performance Report. These are confidential, individualized reports of a participant’s own survey results (for all values) shown alongside institutions most similar to them. These reports provide respondents with an easy means for interpreting their results and comparing themselves.

In addition to the personalized Company Performance Report, Sean Carter, President/CEO of NEACH, will present an exclusive webinar in Mid-January providing analyses of survey results comparing local vs national and credit union vs bank.
