QUESTION: Who has to file an EEO-1 report?
ANSWER: Private employers with 100 or more employees or a private employer with 50 or more employees that in addition either has a federal contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more have to file an EEO-1 report. 2019 and 2020 reports are to be filed no later than 7/19/2021.
