CUNA GAC Goes Virtual for 2021

CU events to stay digital well into 2021

The Credit Union National Association on Monday morning announced plans to shift its annual Governmental Affairs Conference to an online format for 2021. CUNA’s early decision to shift GAC is notable not only because it is the movement’s largest annual event, but because it is the first of the industry’s major conferences to commit to going virtual for 2021.

According to CUNA, the interactive virtual conference will take place March 2-4 and “will be delivered via a premium virtual platform that will bring together credit unions, leagues, thought leaders and policymakers for a dynamic online experience.”

Details about the virtual platform or the cost to attend the three-day event have not been released; however, details about the 2021 GAC virtual conference can be found on CUNA’s website.
