2021 Annual Business Meeting Nomination of Directors and Delegate/Alternate Delegate Certification Deadlines

Nomination of Directors – Submission Deadline: Monday, September 13, 2021

For the 2021 Annual Business meeting, an electronic election of the Association’s Board of Directors by duly registered Delegates or Alternate Delegates will occur. The following directorships are open for the 2021 Business Meeting and scheduled for election in accordance with Article VII, Section 1(B) of the Association’s bylaws:

  • - Massachusetts: One state designated Director for a three (3) year term.
  • - New Hampshire: One state designated Director for a three (3) year term.
  • - Rhode Island: One state designated Director for a three (3) year term.
  • - Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and New Jersey: One At-Large General Director category without regard to asset size or geography for a three (3) year term.

Director nominations must be submitted in writing using the Candidate Nomination Form and must be received by Monday, September 13, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Release of voting credentials will open on September 20, 2021 at 12:00 noon EDT and will close on October 12, 2021 at 5:00 pm EDT.

Delegate and Alternate Delegate Appointment – Submission Deadline: Wednesday, October 6, 2021

As a reminder, the appointment of Delegates and/or Alternate Delegates for voting purposes is required. Each member credit union may appoint one Delegate and, if preferred, one Alternate Delegate. Designations previously submitted to the Association remain in effect. Member credit unions may change appointments at any time by completing a new, permanent appointment. Changes to appointments, as well as new appointments, are welcome at any time in writing using the Delegate/Alternate Delegate Certification Form and must be received by Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. EDT to be effective for this year’s annual meeting voting.
