Meeting Description: Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC requirements continue to challenge credit unions of all sizes. As we have come to learn, examiner expectations vary from institution to institution depending on the level of risk—risks including who you serve and where and how you serve your membership. In this session, the Association will:

  • Reinforce the critical components of compliance
  • Focus on recent guidance and best practices
  • Clarify the issues in the areas of discretion
  • Review the Member Due Diligence requirements

Dinner will be available to all attendees for $51.00 per person. Please indicate your choice of Baked Sutffed Chicken or Tangerine Teriyaki Salmon during the registration process.  As part of the Chapter's ongoing social responsibility efforts, $1.00 from each meal will be donated to the Mass Coalition for the Homeless-A Bed for Every Child Program.  https://www.mahomeless.org/a-bed-for-every-child-initiative

Also, a 50/50 Sweepstakes sweepstakes will be held to benefit the Credit Union Legislative Action Council (CULAC) *.

*Contributions must be voluntary. Paid for by the Cooperative Credit Union Association, Inc. and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. Funds donated to CULAC are not deductible for state or federal tax purposes. Your credit union may not reimburse any individuals for donating to CULAC.
